Musee D’orsay

I had an opportunity to visit the Musee D’orsay when it was in town and I’m so glad I did. Here some of my pictures, unedited, of my favouritest pictures in there.

The other thing that completely caught me by surprise was the number of truly brilliant amatuer artists that are in this little red dot! The National Musueum had an interactive area at the end of the exhibition, for visitors to draw and colour pictures inspired/are copies of the greats. I only managed to capture three before my iphone died.
(Of course I had time to toot my own horn by taking a picture of my very amatuer rendition of Monet’s Portrait of Mdm Gaudibert – see if you can spot it!)
